At ReturnPro (a brand of TingoLabs, Inc.) your tax information is sacred. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
Contact details (name, mobile number, email), the tax information you share with us (W-2, 1099, dependents) and, when applicable, identity verification. We collect only what is needed to prepare and file your return.
2. SMS messaging and consent
By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from ReturnPro about the launch, your return status, and support, at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3. How we use your information
Solely to prepare, calculate and transmit your return to the IRS, to verify your identity where required by law, and to communicate with you. We never sell your information.
4. Identity verification and biometrics
When refundable credits are involved, we verify your identity (phone and, if needed, biometrics via a third-party provider). Biometric verification requires your explicit consent and is governed by applicable biometric privacy laws (e.g., BIPA). You may request deletion of your biometric data.
5. How we protect your data
Your SSN/ITIN and documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply controls consistent with the FTC GLBA Safeguards Rule and IRS Publication 4557 for safeguarding taxpayer data.
6. Who we share with
Only with IRS-authorized providers (ERO/Transmitter) to file your return, and with payment processors to collect our preparation fee. You pay any tax owed directly to the IRS. We never share your SMS opt-in data with third parties.

You may access, correct or delete your data, and opt out of messages (reply STOP) by contacting hello@returnpro.us.
